MACON, Ga. (Jan. 21, 2005) -- The ETSU men's basketball team will try to stay hot this weekend, as the Buccaneers take on Atlantic Sun Conference foe Mercer at the University Center Saturday. The afternoon tip is set for 2 p.m.

The Bucs, winners of eight of their last nine, currently stand two games back of A-Sun leading Florida Atlantic and Kennesaw State in the regular season standings. ETSU is fresh off an 81-72 win over Stetson on Thursday night, as ETSU hit on 33-of-41 free throws to take the victory over the Hatters.
