Bucs to open the season against The Citadel

CHARLESTON, S.C. (Feb. 18, 2010) - The ETSU baseball team is set to open the season Friday at 4 p.m. against The Citadel in The Citadel Memorial Challenge at Joseph P. Riley Jr. Park in Charleston, S.C.

 

The Bucs close out the tournament with Kansas State at 11 a.m. on Saturday and Delaware on Sunday at 10 a.m. The meeting between ETSU and the Bulldogs on Friday will be the 24th meeting between head coach Tony Skole and his alma mater.

 

ETSU is 27-50 all-time against The Citadel, while this is the first meeting against both Kansas State and Delaware.

 

Live stats will be provided for The Citadel Memorial Challenge at the link above. Fans can also watch every game live via streaming video provided by The Citadel for $4.95 for a single day pass and $9.95 for the tournament pass.
