Friday, February 27, 2004

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Feb. 27, 2004) - Friday afternoon's scheduled baseball game between East Tennessee State and Central Michigan has been postponed due to inclement weather. The Buccaneers and Chippewas will now play a doubleheader from Cardinal Park in Johnson City, Tenn. on Saturday at 1 p.m. and a single game Sunday, also at 1 p.m. Saturday's starting pitchers for ETSU will be sophomore righty Jeremy Hall (Gray, Tenn.) in game one and sophomore lefty Steven Calicutt (Spartanburg, S.C.) in game two. Senior lefty Tim Turner (Marietta, Ga.) will get the call for Sunday afternoon's final game. All three of this weekend's starters picked up wins last weekend in ETSU's four-game sweep over Xavier.
